Academy Preface

Every growing demand of quality education, aspiration of parents for their wards to be equipped with knowledge and skill that the presents developing world requires has made myself SHRI LAL BIHARI PANDEY and my trust "JAY SHREE AMBE CHARITABLE TRUST" To develop an institute in the name "SANATAN INTERBATIONAL ACADEMY", which can cater the need of modern society preserving our age long heritage of morality, character, social structure & consciousness.

Our association with many educational institute, educationists & institutions propagating cultural & social building & strengthening our social bondage have inspired us to make a new adventure to fulfill the need of modern society. Our aim is an educational system which will enhance knowledge & intellect build up a strong character our society needs and finally provide a base for his future life as per his aptitude & intellectual capacity. Our emphasis will be to make most of the seven intelligence that a child possesses.

• Linguistic intelligence:- to read, to write & to speak, lingua franca.
• Mathematical & logical intelligence:- to enable a child to reason, calculation & thinking.
• Visual-spatial intelligence:- to develop painting, drawing & imaginative faculty.
• Musical intelligence:- for songs, music, poetry, rhyme & rhythm.
• Social intelligence:- to equip him with the capacity for social life, leadership & patriotism.
• Reflective intelligence:- ability to focus our aims, feeling & drawing conclusion from experience & making future plans.
• Physical intelligence:- to use his body, organs, for games sport, dance, drama, craftsmanship, athletics, speeches and mechanical application.

Admission Policy

School grants admissions to applicants on the school's prescribed application form available in the school office. Admission are generally granted only at the begining of the Academic year. Admissions are granted purely on the basis of merit & canvassing of any type automatically disqualifies the candidature. Children seeking admission to the Pre-Primary Section i.e. KINDER GARDEN and class 1 is granted admission on a first come first served basis after ensuring that the child is physically & Mentally normal.

It is essential to submit proof of age issued by Municipal Authority for such an admission.The certificate becomes part of the school records and will not be returned under any circumstances.Admission into nursery-Minium 2½ Years by march 31st of academic year.Admission into LKG-Minium 3½ Years by march 31st. of the academic year. Admission may be considered for classes II TO IX subject to the availability of seats in the school and the candidate's performance in the written and oral enterance tests conducted by the the school.

Such students will have to produce a school living certificate issued by the school where the child was last studying. If such a school is located outside the Gujarat, the certificate must be countersigned by the district Education Officer of the District where the school is located in case of schools following the syllabus of state Government and Regional officer of the CBSE in case of CBSE Schools.

School Uniform

• It is compulsory for every student to come to school in the school uniform only.
• Student are advised not to wear precious ornaments in the school.
• It is compulsory for every student to wear a school blazer.
• It is compulsory for girls to use black ribbon.

Rules of the School

• Every pupil shall attend the class regularly and punctually.
• Pupil should present themselves in their school uniform cleanly and neatly dressed.
• Personal cleanliness and hygiene are greatly emphasized to all. fingernails should be cut short and kept clean. nail polish should not be used.
• Pupils are expected to come to school with all the books & note book that is required as per the timetable.
• Assembly is held daily. At the sound of the first bell, student shall move to the assembly area to take their places according to heights and classes. At the sound of the second bell there shall be absolute silence. Payers must be recited with respect and devotion. There shall be no talking while going back to the classes.
• No pupil shall leave the school premises without prior permission of the principal.
• Any kind of damage done to the school property must be reported to the principal and must be paid for.
• Parents or guardians shall not visit the children/ward/teacher in classroom.
• No collection of money for any purpose what so ever is to be made without the prior knowledge of the principal.
• Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence for more then a week, habitual illness ,repeated failures in test and examinations, disobedience or indulgence in violence are sufficient reason to dismiss a pupil from the school.
• All are advised to speak in English in the school.
• Parents who are interested in meeting the principal may do so only between 10.00 A.M and 11.00 A.M.
• Parents are requested to send their words with tiffin as per menu provide.
